Sophisticated yet playful. Contemporary yet warm. Soothing with unexpected pops of color. With a seasoned eye honed through more than 30 years in design, retail, and advertising, Brianne Howard collaborates with you to create interiors that feel personal, tasteful, and wholly unique to you. 

Since establishing Collaborative Design in 2007, Brianne has completed more than 150 residential and commercial projects, ranging from simple interior updates to complete remodels and new builds. Her commercial designs have included corporate offices and medical suites, a Hollywood recording studio, and a synagogue gathering hall. 

Design comes naturally to Brianne. A graduate of UCLA, she worked in advertising for six years before opening a unique home furnishings and gift store in Malibu. Merchandising the store, she had a chance to showcase her flair for selecting artful, eclectic objects. She also gained familiarity with resources and built relationships with vendors in the interior design industry. Inspired by her business and her tastefully decorated, welcoming home, friends began seeking Brianne’s guidance for their own homes. That laid the foundation for Collaborative Design.
